Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Usina Cerradão S.A in the first issue of debentures

Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as advisor to the issuer in the public distribution offering, with restricted efforts, of Usina Cerradão S.A.’s first issue of debentures, in the amount of R$120 million.

The proceeds of the offering, which followed the CVM instruction, will be used exclusively for future payments or reimbursement of expenses, expenses or amortization of financing related to the implementation and exploitation of the investments in plantations related to the crops.
