Stocche Forbes advises Vibra Energia on BRL 1.5bn debentures

Stocche Forbes advised Vibra Energia on its 10th public offering of debentures, totalling BRL 1.5 billion,  carried out pursuant to CVM 160. The proceeds raised will be used to invest in photovoltaic power generation plants operating under the distributed generation and independent power production regimes.

The offering was coordinated by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Bradesco BBI, BTG Pactual Investment Banking, UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, and Banco Safra.

Stocche Forbes represented Vibra Energia, and relied on partners Frederico Moura (pictured left) and Bruno Gandolfo, Mariana Saragoça, supported by associates Luca Furlong Nigra, Iago Byunguc Kim, Juliana Novaes Barker and Gabriel Meyer Bekhor.
