Stocche Forbes advises Warrington on V.Tal/InfraCo investment

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Warrington Investment, an affiliate of GIC, in a co-investment in V.Tal/InfraCo: the spin-off of Oi’s fiber optic assets

Stocche Forbes Advogados has advised Warrington Investment, an affiliate of GIC, in the co-investment, together with funds managed by BTG Pactual, in V.Tal/InfraCo: the spin-off of Oi’s 400,000 kilometers of fiber optic network assets.

The transaction as a whole will involve the investment of approximately R$12.8bn, for a 58% stake in V.Tal/InfraCo. Warrington will hold a minority stake in one of the investment vehicles.

Stocche Forbes was joined by partners Guilherme Forbes (pictured left), Bruno Bercito (pictured right), and associates Edgard Schwery Neto and Lara Santos.
