Stocche Forbes advises XP Logístico FII on warehouse acquisition

Stocche Forbes advised XP Logístico Prime Yield II Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII Responsabilidade Limitada, a real estate investment fund managed by XP Asset, on the acquisition of logistics warehouses owned by entities of the Hines Group in the municipalities Belford Dutra, State of Rio de Janeiro, and Embu das Artes, State of São Paulo.

Stocche Forbes has also worked on the structuring of the XP Logístico Prime Yield Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII and on the financing for the acquisition. The transaction value was 587.382.628,63
