Stocche Forbes advised both XP Real Estate Investment Funds, XP Log and XP Exeter, in the signing of a contract with Extrema I 60, an affiliate of WTorre, for the development and acquisition, after completion of the works, of a logistics center with a gross leasable area of 77,350 m2 in the municipality of Extrema / MG.
