Stocche Forbes and Lefosse act on Equatorial’s debentures issues
Stocche Forbes and Lefosse advised on different issuances of debentures by Equatorial, including the 4th issuance of debentures by Equatorial Piauí Distribuidora de Energia, in the total amount of BRL 250million.
2nd issuance of debentures by Equatorial Alagoas Distribuidora de Energia, in the total amount of BRL 250 million.
And 10th issuance of debentures by Equatorial Goiás Distribuidora de Energia, in the total amount of BRL 1,5 billion.
The issuances were coordinated by for Itaú BBA Assessoria Finaneira, UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Safra, pursuant to CVM 160, as amended and other applicable law and regulation.
In addition, the Debentures were issued under Law 12,431, meaning that they have the tax incentive provided for in Article 2 of Law 12,431.
