Stocche Forbes and Machado Meyer act on Agronorte–ADM deal
Stocche Forbes advised Agronorte Nutrição Animal on the acquisition of the animal nutrition industrial complex located in Três Corações (MG), owned by Neovia Nutrição e Saúde Animal (from ADM do Brasil group).
Machado Meyer advised ADM do Brasil. The transaction—structured on an as is basis—involved complex asset transfer agreements, a comprehensive intellectual property licensing package, multiple real estate public deeds, fiduciary security arrangements and extensive due diligence. The deal also required antitrust filing before CADE.
