Stocche Forbes and Mattos Filho act on Vulcabras debenture issue

Stocche Forbes advised the issuer; Mattos Filho advised the underwriters on the first issuance of simple debentures of Vulcabras – CE, Calçados e Artigos Esportivos.

The debentures were issued in accordance with CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 500 million.
