Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Minerva; Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Amyris

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Minerva in the establishment of a joint-venture vehicle owned by Minerva and Amyris to develop molecules for the sustainable production and distribution of animal protein worldwide.

The value of the investment made by Minerva was US$ 5 million (60% of the total capital of the joint venture).

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Minerva, with partner Fabiano Milani (pictured left) and associate Carolina Machado.

White & Case LLP also represented the same party and included partners Donald Baker, Rodrigo Dominguez, Bijal V. Vakil and associate Alexander Krois.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Amyris and had partners Guilherme Leite (pictured right), Renê G.S. Medrado; associates Luís Augusto Freire Teotônio Júnior, Jorge Rafael Flesch, Laís Falco Corrêa and Marina Chakmati.
