Stocche Forbes and Pinheiro Neto act on SABESP’s debenture issue
Stocche Forbes advised the issuer; Pinheiro Neto advised the underwriter on the 35th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, in single series, for public distribution, under the rite of automatic distribution registration, intended for professional investors, of the Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP.
The issuance was made within the scope of Brazilian Government Eco Invest Program.
The debentures were issued in accordance with CVM 160, coordinated by Banco Santander (Brasil) in the total amount of BRL 1 billion.
