Stocche Forbes Advogados advised the issuer; Souto Correa advised the underwriters on the 3rd public offer of shares issued by Bocaina Infra Fundo de Investimento em Cotas de Fundos Incentivados de Investimento em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa Crédito Privado, in the amount of BRL 165.781.613,60.
The offer was carried out with restricted efforts, according to the automatic rite of CVM Resolution 160.
