Stocche Forbes Advogados advised TreeCorp; TozziniFreire Advogados advised Tânia Bulhões

Investment of up to R$100,000,000.00 by the private equity fund TreeCorp in Tania Bulhões, upon the issuance of new preferred shares. This was the first investment received by the company since it was founded in 1988 by Tania Bulhões, the majority shareholder.
