Stocche Forbes annouces new partners
Stocche Forbes is pleased to announce that Daniel Loria and Wilson Mello are joining the firm as partners
Daniel Loria (pictured left) will further strengthen tax practice. He is a widely recognized professional with more than 15 years of experience in high complexity tax advice in corporate and finance transactions. With the addition of Daniel to the team Stocche Forbes, the firm’s tax offering will rely on 5 dedicated and highly specialized partners and a team of 14 attorneys.
Wilson Mello (pictured right) will be a addition to Stocche Forbes’ litigation department, with 25 years of experience as an attorney, both in private practice as partner of one of Brazil’s leading law firms, and as general counsel of leading multinationals with extensive operations in Brazil. Wilson also acted as head of InvestSP, an agency charged with attracting private investments to the State of São Paulo, in which he was instrumental in a successful fund-raising effort to develop a new manufacturing plant for Covid-19 vaccines to be operated by the prestigious Butantan Institute.
