Stocche Forbes announces seven new partners in strategic areas

Stocche Forbes Advogados has announced the promotion of seven new partners in different strategic areas, reflecting the firm’s commitment to organic growth in key sectors for the national and international markets.

In the infrastructure area, Ana Clara Viola and Yves Dutra stand out. Ana Clara is recognized for her negotiation and management of complex contracts, as well as her experience in arbitrating infrastructure projects. Yves has expertise in project finance and capital markets, with a focus on highly complex transactions.

In the regulatory segment, Frederico Accon consolidates his position as a reference in electricity, working on generation, transmission, commercialization projects and disputes in administrative and arbitration courts. His experience ranges from structuring contracts to participating in privatizations and auctions.

In the field of corporate law and capital markets, Diego Paixão stands out for his solid track record, including his work at the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). He advises publicly traded companies on regulatory issues, corporate restructuring and corporate governance.

In dispute prevention and resolution, Maria Lúcia Cetrato brings extensive experience in strategic litigation and arbitration involving corporate law, contracts and class actions. Her work strengthens the firm’s conflict resolution practice.

Mariana Kubota is the new addition to the tax area, with expertise in indirect taxes and strategic consulting for large companies in sectors such as energy and infrastructure. She also stands out for her work on issues related to Tax Reform, which is crucial in the current scenario.

Finally, Thiago Porto Ribeiro, who leads the corporate practice, will continue to assist a wide range of clients with their day-to-day legal demands, consolidating the firm’s business base.
