Stocche Forbes assists in issuance of Minerva CRAs
Stocche Forbes has assisted as legal advisor in the public offering of distribution in 5 (five) series of Certificados de Direitos de Crédito Agroindustrial (CRA) of the 232nd issue of Virgo Companhia de Securitização.
The transaction consisted of: (i) securitization of credit rights arising from private debentures issued by Minerva and (ii) public offering, under the terms of Resolution no. 160 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, of the CRAs, for a total amount of BRL 2.0 billion.
The CRAs were issued on 24 October and the transaction was completed on 5 December. Pinheiro Neto acted as advisor to the underwriters.
