Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as legal advisor to the underwriter Banco Itaú BBA S.A. in the public distribution offering, with restricted efforts, of the 1st issue of debentures of Usina Santo Antonio S.A., in the amount of BRL 70 million.

Stocche Forbes Advogados counted with the partner Frederico Moura (pictured) and associates Yves Dutra, Guilherme Carneiro, Pedro Felipe Avanzi.

Machado Meyer acted as counsel to the issuer Usina Santo Antônio S.A. and guarantor Agropecuária Iracema Ltda. Partner Raphael Oliveira Zono led the work along with lawyer Mariana Ferreira Rodrigues.
