The headquarters of the law firm Schmidt, Valois, Miranda, Ferreira & Agel is in transition from Downtown to the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The new address is scheduled to be launched at the end of July and beginning of August.

The new headquarters was conceived in the open space scheme, which favors the hybrid regime of home office and face-to-face work among the lawyers. Besides the large hall, the space will have reserved meeting rooms and support lounges.

SVMFA’s website will also gain a new layout, and will be updated with the new practice areas recently added to the firm’s portfolio – such as Digital Law, Intellectual Property, among others.

For the return to the post-pandemic routine, an internal protocol is being discussed, responsible for systematizing the employees’ stay at the new headquarters. The idea is that the trips to the site will be reduced for those whose activities have shown good performance at home office, allowing the space to be dedicated to teams and specific practices, such as, for example, meetings with clients and dynamics related to large projects that involve many people.
