TAGD Advogados advise OneGlobal on the acquisition of Proativa

TAGD Advogados advised the British brokerage OneGlobal on the acquisition of Proativa Consultoria, a company specializing in corporate benefits.

The transaction positions OneGlobal to offer its clients a wide range of protection for corporate risks, from major risks to life and pension solutions. The two companies’ combined annual premium income exceeds R$ 1 billion.

OneGlobal was advised by TAGD Advogados, through partners Edgar do Santos Gomes and Patricia Barcellos and attorney Wagner Barros.

Proativa was advised by Andrade Foz Advogados.
