Tanner instructed PPU on short-term debt issue

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría  advised Tanner, the Chilean financial services company, on the issuance of $80 million worth of short-term debt instruments.

Tanner is a financial services company founded in 1924, it focuses on factoring, leasing, car finance and other services. 

The transactions involved the issuance and registration of a line of short term debt instruments of 10 years term for $80 million.
