Tauil & Chequer act as deal counsel in issuance of debentures by Simpar

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel in the structuring of the 4th issuance of debentures by Simpar, a Brazilian holding company which operates in the logistics and mobility sectors.
The issuance was composed of a single series of 750,000 debentures, with a unit face value of R$ 1,000.00, totaling R$ 750 million, with the financial intermediation of Banco BTG Pactual.
The funds raised will be used by the issuer to boost cash flow. The issuance was carried out by means of a public offering, under the terms of CVM Rule No. 476.
