Tauil & Chequer act in Simpar’s R$ 850 million debenture issue
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel in the structuring of the 6th issue of debentures by Simpar, a Brazilian holding company that operates in the logistics, mobility, sanitation, concessions and financial services sectors.
The R$850 million offering was subject to public distribution, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, and was conducted in a single series of 850 thousand debentures with a unit value of R$1 thousand. The resources obtained will be used, among other purposes, to reinforce the company’s working capital.
