Tauil & Chequer act on public offering of JHSF and EB Capital FII

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, advised on the primary public offering of the first issue of the EB JHSF Capital Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Residencial Alto Padrão Responsabilidade Limitada, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, for approximately R$157.8 million.
