Tauil & Chequer advise Greystar on a real estate transaction
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Greystar on the structuring of real estate development, property management and consulting agreements related to properties that will be developed by a real estate investment fund managed by Brio Investimentos.
The fund has raised R$250 million to invest in the development of 5 new buildings in São Paulo, with a total of 700 residential units that will be geared towards multi-family rentals managed by Greystar.
Two of the developments will be in Vila Buarque, in the central region of São Paulo, and the others in the Bela Vista and Avenida Chucri Zaidan areas.
Tauil e Chequer relied on partner Ludmilla Braga and associate Luiz Antonio Bonfiglioli Menezes, both from the Real Estate Transactions and Investments practice.
