Tauil & Chequer advise Vinci Partners on the acquisition of Arklok
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown has advised the investment platform Vinci Partners in the acquisition of part of Arklok, a technology company that rents hardware equipment (notebooks and peripherals) to corporate clients. This is Vinci’s first investment in an IT company and also inaugurates the investments of its new fund Vinci Capital Partners IV. In addition, founder Andrea Rivetti will continue as CEO of Arklok after the transaction closes.
