Tauil & Chequer advises coordinators on public offering
Tauil & Chequer advises Banco Safra S.A. and the Bank and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. in public offering
Attorneys from Tauil & Chequer associated with Mayer Brown in São Paulo advised Banco Safra S.A., as lead coordinator, and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., as coordinator, in the restricted efforts public offering, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476 and CVM Instruction 600, of 200,000 Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) of the 31st issue, in a single series, of Opea Securitizadora.
The total value of the issue was R$200 million, backed by private debentures issued by Dori Alimentos, which was advised by the law firm Lobo de Rizzo Advogados wich relied on partner Maria Costa Neves Machado, and lawyers Conrado Davoli e Matheus Souza.
