Tauil & Chequer advises CashMe on the CRIs distribution

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as legal counsel to CashMe Soluções Financeiras on the public distribution of 400,000 Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRIs) with a nominal unit value of BRL 1,000.00 as of the issuance date, all registered and book-entry, to be allocated in three series as part of Vert Companhia Securitizadora‘s 139th issuance.

The total value of the transaction was BRL 400 million. This issuance of CRIs represents the seventeenth issuance backed by Real Estate Credits originated by CashMe, which is wholly owned by the Cyrela Group.
