Tauil & Chequer advises CVC on the restructuring of debentures

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised CVC Brasil Operadora e Agência de Viagem in connection with the restructuring of the 4th and 5th issuance debentures, totaling BRL 713 million, which included a Mandatory Extraordinary Amortization of BRL 160 million.

The debt rescheduling has the potential to optimize the company’s capital structure and cash management, contributing to the operational and financial strengthening of CVC. This will expand its capacity for sustainable growth and investments, while also enabling access to various other forms of capital structure optimization.
