Tauil & Chequer Adbogados advises on issuance of shares of Três Tentos Agroindustrial S.A
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as brazilian legal counsel to the offer for the issuance and sale of 500,000 common shares issued by Três Tentos Agroindustrial S.A., pursuant to CVM Instruction 400 (CVM Rule 400), under the coordination of BTG Pactual.
The purpose of the offering is to free up the ample negotiation of the outstanding shares on the Exchange, including for retail investors. The net funds raised through the primary offering will be used to strengthen 3Tentos’ cash and working capital.
The case value was R$ 4.800 million and the team was led by partners Carlos Motta (pictured left) and Rodolfo Tella (pictured right), associate Dianie Teixeira; and law clerk Francielle Viana.
