Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised the public offering with restricted efforts of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), in a single series, of the 14th issue of RB Sec Companhia de Securitização, backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Eldorado Brasil Celulose SA in favor of RB Sec , pursuant to ICVM 476.
The total issue amount was R$ 500 million, coordinated by Banco BTG Pactual S.A.
In addition, the public offering with restricted efforts for the 4th issuance of debentures, in a single series, of Eldorado Brasil Celulose S,A, pursuant to ICVM 476, was also advised by firm.
The total amount of the issuance was R$700 million, including the coordination of Banco BTG Pactual S.A and Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A.
The cases included the participation of partner Bruno Cerqueira (pictured), associate Flavia Biagiotti, as well as assistants Artur Nascimento and Camila Torelli.
