Tauil & Chequer Advogados acts in the sale of Control iD
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown represented the partners of Control iD, a company active in the development of hardware and software solutions for access control and time and attendance control, in the signing of an agreement providing for its sale to Papaiz-Udinese, a company owned by the Swedish multinational Assa Abloy, world leader in the manufacture of door opening systems, access controls and security doors.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
The team was led by partners Carlos Motta and Guilherme Tranquillini, together with associate Sophia de Maio and associate Thiago Coimbra, from the Corporate and M&A practice.
