Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Ecosul on debentures issue of BRL 370 million
Tauil & Chequer Advogados has advised the 4th issue of debentures of Empresa Concessionária de Rodovias do Sul S.A. – Ecosul, in the amount of BRL 370 million
The Capital Markets practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados acted as deal counsel in the structuring of the 4th issue of debentures of the Company Concessionária de Rodovias do Sul S.A. – Ecosul, in the amount of R$370,000,000.00, with the financial intermediation of Banco BTG Pactual S.A. and Banco Bradesco BB.
The funds raised will be used by Ecosul for debt refinancing and cash flow.
