Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises on TG Core’s follow-on
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown advised TG Core, a real estate investment manager, on the 11th share issue of the TG Ativo Imobiliário real estate investment fund, which closed at approximately R$303 million. This is a hybrid fund whose strategy is based 100% on the real estate market.
The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira (pictured left) and included the participation of associates João Bertanha and Anna Carolina Rico, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization area.
Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as advisor to the lead coordinator, XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários , with the team consisting of partner Marcos Cannechio Ribeiro (pictured right), and associates Eduardo Pereira and Bernardo Flecha de Lima da Cunha Pereira.
