Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised Locaweb which bought Bling and acquired Pagcerto through Bling

Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A., has acquired the entire capital stock of Organisys Software S. A (Bling) for approximately R$524.3 million. After this transaction, Locaweb bought Pagcerto Soluções em Pagamento S.A..

The acquisition of Pagcerto was done through Bling, a company controlled by Locaweb.

Bling is an online management system for the e-commerce segment and micro and small businesses – MSEs, with more than 200 integrations, which offers solutions in the SaaS model for physical, virtual, or hybrid businesses, helping in the business management and organization, through modules for issuing electronic invoices, product catalogs, inventory and multichannel sales, POS, financial management, integrations with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics solutions, among others.

Pagcerto is a company that operates through a white label and BaaS (banking as a service) sub-acquisition platform, services that will be integrated and used by Bling.
