Tauil & Chequer Advogados announces new partner
Reinforcement is for the São Paulo office team, in the areas of Litigation and Arbitration
Tauil & Chequer’s new partner Fábio Peixinho Gomes Corrêa has more than 23 years of experience in Litigation and Arbitration practices, working mainly in civil and commercial litigation.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Law from USP, Master’s and Doctorate in Procedural Law from USP, and LLM from Regent University (USA), Fábio also has extensive experience in acting as arbitrator and mediator in proceedings conducted by the ICC and CAM/CCB, among other institutions.
The new partner is also a member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law – IBDP, of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee – CBAr, and of the International Arbitration Council, besides being a guest professor in post-graduation courses at the University of São Paulo Law School.
