Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown and Mayer Brown LLP acted as Brazilian and U.S. counsels, respectively, to BTG Pactual, Credit Suisse, UBS BB and Itaú BBA, as placement agents, in connection with the follow-on offering of shares issued by Sinqia S.A., with restricted placement efforts in Brazil pursuant to CVM Rule 476 and placement efforts abroad under Rule 144-A and Regulation S, totaling R$400 million.
