Tauil & Chequer and PMK advise on CashMe BRL 320m notes
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in Association with Mayer Brown and PMK Advogados acted on the 1st issuance of commercial notes by CashMe Soluções Financeiras, in a single series, in the total amount of BRL 320 million.
The commercial notes were guaranteed by the suretyship granted by Cyrela Brazil Realty Empreendimentos e Participações. The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM 160 by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, and UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as coordinators, through the automatic registration procedure. The offering was directed exclusively to professional investors, as defined in CVM Resolution 30.
