Tauil & Chequer and PMK advise on CashMe’s CRI issuance
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown and PMK Advogados advised on the distribution of 385,000 real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by CashMe Soluções Financeiras, in the 101st issue by Companhia Província de Securitização, in the amount of R$ 385 million, of which R$ 350 million was publicly distributed to qualified investors.
The CRI issue represents the 19th issue of Receivables Certificates backed by credits originated by CashMe, which is wholly owned by the Cyrela Group.
Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised CashMe and relied on partner Bruno Cerqueira (pictured left), associate Camila Torelli.
