Tauil & Chequer assists Eneva in agreement with White Martins

Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown advised Eneva in the structuring and implementation of a R$2.287 billion self-production project with White Martins, through which White Martins guarantees its demand for renewable energy in the amount of approximately 100 MW-average, to be generated by the Futura 1 Solar Complex, with 671 MW of installed capacity, in the state of Bahia, acquired by Eneva from Focus Energia in 2022.

With this 12-year partnership, White Martins will meet 25% of its load through photovoltaic solar energy, advancing toward its goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 35% by 2035.
