Tauil & Chequer on the public offering of commercial notes of Arklok
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel to Arklok and the coordinating banks Santander and BTG Pactual in the public offering of Arklok‘s BRL 200 million commercial notes.
The transaction came almost three months after Arklok’s acquisition by investment platform Vinci Partners.
The team was led by partners Rodolfo Tella (pictured left) and Carlos Motta (pictured right), and included the participation of associates Isabela Ribeiro, Natália Minotto, Stephanie do Carmo and Isabella Toledo, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
