Tauil & Chequer represents Pluma in Virgo’s CRA issue

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown represented Pluma Agro Avícola Ltda. and the guarantors of the 57th issue of agribusiness certificates receivable of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, which are backed by rural financial product notes (“CPR-F”) issued by Pluma, according to CVM Instruction 476, of January 16, 2009, as amended, in the total amount of R$150,000,000.00, with Banco Itau BBA S.A. as the main subscriber.

The proceeds from the issue will be used by Virgo to pay the disbursement amount of the CPR-Fs, which will be used to finance Pluma’s egg production.

The team was led by Capital Markets partner Luis Montes (pictured) and associates Anna Gouvea, Thatiana Siqueira and Beatriz Lavigne and interns Camila Carvalho and Paulo Hirata.
