Tavarone assists Chubut Province with treasury notes issuance
Argentinian law firm Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani has acted as legal counsel to Banco del Chubut as arranger, placement and financial agent, and to Puente Hnos. as placement agent, on the issuance of Chubut Province’s Series XLIV Treasury Notes.
The Treasury Notes Series XLIV are secured by certain rights of Chubut Province to receive amounts under the federal tax co-participation regime, and were issued for 380,000,000 pesos ($5.71 million) at fixed rate equivalents to 22.85 per cent annual nominal, due on May 26, 2020.
