T&C advise Melitta on the acquisition of Baristo and Rent a Coffee

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Melitta on the acquisition of equity stakes in Baristo and Rent a Coffee, which operate in the purchase and sale and rental of coffee machines and the sale of related supplies.

The transaction marks Melitta’s entry into a new, fast-growing market. It demonstrates Melitta’s keen eye for capturing new opportunities in the Brazilian market and its desire to continue to grow and expand its wide range of products and services offered to the general public.
