T&C and Lobo de Rizzo advises on LOGA debentures

Tauil & Chequer Advogados, in association with Mayer Brown advised the issuer, Lobo de Rizzo advised the coordinators on the fourth issuance of simple debentures by Logística Ambiental de São Paulo (LOGA), with a total value of BRL200 million. Solví Essencis Ambiental acted as guarantor of the transaction.

The debentures are non-convertible into shares, unsecured (quirografária) and carry an additional fidejussory guarantee. They were issued in a single series for public distribution under the automatic registration regime.

Logística Ambiental de São Paulo and Solví Essencis Ambiental were advised by Tauil & Chequer Advogados, in association with Mayer Brown and relied on partner Luis Otero Montes, Camila Spinola e C. de Carvalho and Julia Nascimento.

Lobo de Rizzo advised UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and relied on team led by Partner Gustavo Cunha, with associates Julia Cavasotto Zarth, Rubens Feche de Arruda Juliano and Lorena Alves da Silva.
