TCA acts in first issue of Gente de La Pampa Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as counsel to Gente de La Pampa, as issuer, and Stonex Securities, as arranger and underwriter, in the issuance of the Series I Guaranteed SME CNV Negotiable Obligations.
The Notes were issued on 12 January, for a nominal value of US$ 480,000, at an interest rate of 0%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 12 January 2025.
The Notes are also guaranteed by Banco del Sol and Campo Aval as Guarantee Entities authorised by the CNV.
Gente de La Pampa is an agribusiness founded in 1976 whose businesses are divided into three main groups: (i) sunflower, in which refined oil is obtained; (ii) soybean, whose main product is the soybean pallet; and (iii) animal nutrition, in which special formulas are produced for both breeding and dairy farming.
