TCA acts in first issue of Supervielle Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados acted as counsel to Banco Supervielle, as issuer, arranger and underwriter, and to Invertironline, Balanz Capital Valores and Allaria, as underwriters, in the issuance of the Class I Notes for a par value of US $30,000,000.
The Class I Notes are denominated in US dollars and will be payable in cash in US dollars in the Republic of Argentina, will mature on 28 May 2025, and will bear interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 4.70%.
