TCA acts in new issue of Meridiano Norte Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Meridiano Norte, as issuer, and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Banco CMF, as underwriters, in a new issue of Meridiano Norte’s negotiable obligations for a nominal value of $700,000.
The Notes, denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, were issued on 22 April, mature on 22 April 2026 and bear interest at a floating annual nominal rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 0.00%.
The SME Notes are guaranteed by Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Banco CMF in their capacity as guarantors.
Meridiano Norte is a financial company whose objective is to grant working capital loans to different segments of companies in Argentina, mainly in CABA, Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Córdoba and Mendoza. The main products it operates are cheque discounting and invoice discounting. The sectors or activities that Meridiano Norte supports with its operations are: manufacturing industry, construction, wholesale and retail trade, among others.
