TCA acts in new issue of Tierra del Fuego Treasury Bills
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as legal advisor in the issuance of Treasury Bills Series VII of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, maturing on December 1, 2023, for a total amount of AR$2,000,000,000.
The issuance was made on November 3rd, under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$8,000,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
The Treasury Bills Series VII were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Comafi acted as arranger and underwriter; while Puente Hnos, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Macro Securities and Banco Supervielle acted as underwriters.
