TCA acts in new issue of trust securities of Invernea Proteína
Tanoira Cassagna Abogados acted as counsel in the issuance of the Certificates of Participation of the Financial Trust ‘INVERNEA PROTEINA PYME SERIE 4’ for a nominal value of AR$ 4.550.000.000.000, maturing on May 9, 2034.
The issue was made on May 9th under the Global Trust Securities Programme ‘INVERNEA PROTEINA’. The Trust is oriented to productive development, regional economies and SME value chains and is aimed directly at productive investment.
The funds will be allocated to livestock production at all stages of its cycle (breeding and rearing, fattening and finishing at the farmyard, until its subsequent marketing) and to the purchase of agricultural commodities, having been approved as an SME investment fund, the investments to be made must be focused on suppliers that qualify as SMEs in order to maintain that qualification. Activities are concentrated in the provinces of Corrientes, Entre Ríos and Buenos Aires.
Participating in the transaction were CFA Compañía Fiduciaria Americana, as trustee and issuer; Invernea, as technical operator; ARG Capital as arranger; Balanz Capital Valores as lead arranger; and PP Inversiones, Veta Capital and GMC Valores as underwriters.
