TCA acts in the issuance of Ratto Hnos. Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Ratto Hnos. as issuer, and Banco CMF and Banco Supervielle as arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of the Series I Secured SME CNV Negotiable Obligations for a par value of $1,318,624,950.
The Notes, denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, were issued on May 9 and will mature on May 9, 2026, at an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 1.49%.
Furthermore, the Notes are guaranteed by Banco CMF and Banco Supervielle in their capacity as Guarantee Entities authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV).
Ratto Hnos. is an Argentinean company serving the agricultural sector. It is a John Deere dealer and sells agricultural machinery in five points of sale to a wide variety of customers.
