TCA acts on update of Cladan Notes issuance programme
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Cladan on the update of its global programme for the issuance of simple negotiable debentures (not convertible into shares) for up to V/N $ 900,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
The authorisation was granted by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) on 25 August.
Cladan is a company developing nutritional solutions for agribusinesses specialising in animal protein production.
